What to expect on the day
Decide how much choice to put on the table
L offers 4 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides and 1 dessert for at least 30 guests. XL expands the selection to 7 starters, 3 mains, 3 sides and 2 desserts for at least 20 guests. For at least 50 guests, M is a focused choice of 3 starters, 1 main and 1 side, with dessert available separately.
Build the meal from the published menu
Explore dishes such as Roast Beef, Salmon Fillet with Lemon Sauce, Potato and Cheddar Perogies and Sweet Cabbage Rolls with Meat. Compare starters, mains and sides to put together the meal you want to share.
Calgary delivery and the party venue
Calgary delivery, buffet setup and teardown are $199 per event before GST, separate from food. Tell us the meal time, venue, buffet space and access arrangements. If you need staff or rentals, discuss them as additional services.
Bring the party organisers into the decision
A saved menu link gives the organisers one selection to review. Confirm the expected guests and decide whether the buffet should include dessert or additional beverages. Custom Menu is another option, with a $750 food and beverage minimum before GST. Share the preferred date when requesting the proposal; availability is checked for that event.

Can I plan a Christmas lunch as well as an evening event?
Yes. Share your planned meal time and venue when requesting the proposal so the event arrangements can be reviewed.
Can the party organisers review the menu together?
Yes. Save a menu link so the organisers can review the same selection before you send your request.
Are dessert and drinks included?
L includes 1 dessert choice and XL includes 2. Dessert for M and beverages for all packages are optional and priced separately.
How is the Calgary delivery amount shown?
The $199 delivery, setup and teardown charge is shown separately from food, optional services and GST.

Share the date, guests and meal time if known. We’ll discuss food, setup and any serving help, whether you’re hosting colleagues, family or friends.
Your event has its own team. We agree your menu, venue, timing and any extra services in a proposal. After you approve it and we confirm your deposit, your booking secures a dedicated catering team for the agreed date and time.
