Does the Edmonton delivery rate apply to every listed city?
No. The same $99 delivery, buffet setup and teardown rate applies to Edmonton, St. Albert and Sherwood Park. Calgary delivery is $199 CAD per event; Red Deer, Banff and Canmore delivery is $299 CAD per event. Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove and Leduc delivery is $149 CAD per event. Other destinations require a location-specific quote. Rates are before GST; food and additional services are separate.
Can I inquire before the venue is decided?
Yes. Share the city or general area and any dates you are considering. You can leave unknown details blank. We will need the actual venue to confirm delivery and setup arrangements, so an initial inquiry does not confirm the final delivery price.
What if the venue has its own catering restrictions?
Include the venue name and any requirements about outside catering, access or buffet setup. We review the arrangements for that venue with you. A city being listed on this site does not mean that catering is automatically approved at every venue in it.
What if our venue changes after we receive a quote?
Tell us the new venue before relying on the earlier delivery arrangements. A different location may change travel, setup or service requirements. We review any changes to the price and agreed details with you; an existing agreement changes only after the revised proposal is confirmed.
Does the venue need a kitchen?
No. All food is prepared in our commercial kitchen before delivery. Hot dishes arrive ready for service; we do not cook or finish food at the venue. Tell us about the buffet space, delivery access and any venue restrictions so we can discuss a suitable setup.
When is my booking confirmed?
An inquiry or menu estimate does not reserve a date. We confirm your booking after your proposal is agreed and the required deposit has been received and confirmed by our team. Sending a request or approving a proposal alone does not confirm payment.
