HOW BOOKING WORKS
Tell us your wedding date or estimated date, venue or location, expected guest count and what services you may need. We respond within 24 hours, seven days a week.
We confirm availability and send you a clear, personalized proposal showing the package, requested services, applicable delivery or travel charges and estimated total. You can ask questions and request adjustments before booking.
Approve the proposal and pay the $500 non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit is received, your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you and will no longer be offered to another couple. The deposit is applied in full toward the remaining order balance.
After booking, you can update your guest count and menu selections at any time, but no later than 48 hours before your wedding.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE
Yes. We serve wedding venues throughout Alberta, including locations more than 100 kilometres from Edmonton. Edmonton delivery, buffet setup and teardown are $99 per event. Travel and delivery outside Edmonton are quoted separately based on the venue address.
No. All food is prepared in our commercial kitchen before delivery. Hot dishes arrive ready for service, and we organize the buffet setup and presentation on site. We do not cook or finish food at the venue.
Yes. You can combine eligible Ukrainian, Canadian and European dishes within your selected buffet package. You choose the dishes from that package menu, and the full selection is prepared for every guest included in the order.
Many dietary needs can be accommodated when planned in advance. Tell us the restriction and the number of affected guests when requesting your quote. We review the selected dishes, discuss suitable options and explain any limitations before the menu is finalized.
Ceramic tableware and stainless-steel cutlery, event servers, bartenders, tables and linens can be added based on your venue, service plan and preferences. We include only the services you approve in your personalized proposal.
Event servers are optional. Couples may add them for table clearing, collecting tableware and cutlery, dining-room service or other venue needs. We also recommend servers when Buffet XL is planned across multiple stages of the celebration. Staffing is quoted separately based on the guest count, venue and service timeline.
