Access and setup agreed in advance
We agree the setup window with you before confirming the arrangements. Share when the room is available and how delivery reaches the buffet space, so we can plan around any access restrictions.
Buffet equipment and collection
Chafing dishes and serving utensils come with the setup. We agree equipment collection in advance, so you know what happens after your guests have eaten.
Choose any additional support
For a staffed meal, ask about servers and table clearing. Ceramic plates, cutlery and linens can also be arranged; the selected services and rentals are priced separately.
Frequently asked questions
What if my venue is outside Canmore?
Send the actual venue address and planned meal time. We review travel, access and setup for that location, then confirm the delivery price and any extra services with you. The city fee shown in the menu estimate does not automatically apply to an address outside Canmore.
What if the venue has its own catering rules?
Check its outside-catering policy and send us the requirements. We review access, buffet setup and equipment collection for that venue before confirming the arrangement.
How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?
Tell us the dietary restriction and how many guests it affects. We review suitable dishes and any limitations with you. Specific allergy requirements need confirmation from our team before you choose food for those guests.
Can I ask before the venue is decided?
Yes. Start with the city or area and any dates you are considering. We can discuss the food first, then confirm delivery and setup when the venue is known.
When is my booking confirmed?
An inquiry or sample estimate does not reserve a date. We confirm a proposal booking after you approve the agreed menu and arrangements and our team confirms receipt of the deposit. Your confirmed booking secures a dedicated catering team for your event at the agreed date and time.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
For a proposal booking, the $500 catering deposit is non-refundable and is credited in full toward your final balance. You can pay the remaining balance earlier; it is due no later than 48 hours before your event starts. Our team confirms receipt of payment.
What if I need to cancel or move the event?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Before full payment, cancellation or postponement is reviewed individually; the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Once a catering order is fully paid, cancellation is not accepted, including early full payment. Moving the event requires agreement on availability, the new date and price. Any refund exception requires explicit approval.
