Food ready before the party meal
We agree delivery and setup around the meal time. At a workplace, include building access and when the room is available, so the buffet can be arranged before guests eat.
Prepared dishes at your chosen venue
Your venue does not need a kitchen. We bring prepared food, chafing equipment and serving utensils, then arrange collection after the gathering.
Help for a seated celebration
Ask about servers, table clearing, ceramic tableware and linens if you want additional support for the evening. These services and rental items are priced separately.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a fixed Christmas menu?
You choose from the dishes available for M, L, XL or Custom Menu. The examples show possible combinations, rather than a fixed Christmas dinner. Ask us about a particular seasonal dish before including it in your plans.
Can I choose a buffet below its guest minimum?
The minimum applies to the guests actually attending. Choose a buffet your group qualifies for, or consider Custom Menu. Its $750 food and beverage minimum before GST excludes delivery, rentals and other services.
What if we want food at more than one time?
Ask us to plan each meal time and its quantities, setup and serving support. Choosing a larger buffet increases dish variety; separate meal services need their own agreed arrangements.
How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?
Tell us the dietary restriction and how many guests it affects. We review suitable dishes and any limitations with you. Specific allergy requirements need confirmation from our team before you choose food for those guests.
When is my booking confirmed?
An inquiry or sample estimate does not reserve a date. We confirm a proposal booking after you approve the agreed menu and arrangements and our team confirms receipt of the deposit. Your confirmed booking secures a dedicated catering team for your event at the agreed date and time.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
For a proposal booking, the $500 catering deposit is non-refundable and is credited in full toward your final balance. You can pay the remaining balance earlier; it is due no later than 48 hours before your event starts. Our team confirms receipt of payment.
Can I change the menu or guest count?
Request changes at least 48 hours before your event starts. We review the food, services and revised price with you; the order changes when the updated proposal is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel or move the event?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Before full payment, cancellation or postponement is reviewed individually; the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Once a catering order is fully paid, cancellation is not accepted, including early full payment. Moving the event requires agreement on availability, the new date and price. Any refund exception requires explicit approval.

Your event has its own team. We agree your menu, venue, timing and any extra services in a proposal. After you approve it and we confirm your deposit, your booking secures a dedicated catering team for the agreed date and time.
