What to expect on the day
M — a focused buffet
Choose 3 starters, 1 main and 1 side. Dessert is optional and priced separately. The current price is $29.85 per guest with a 50-guest minimum.
L — more choice across the meal
Choose 4 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides and 1 dessert. The current price is $58.88 per guest with a 30-guest minimum.
XL — the widest included selection
Choose 7 starters, 3 mains, 3 sides and 2 desserts. The current price is $88.85 per guest with a 20-guest minimum.
Custom Menu — select individual dishes and beverages
Custom Menu is priced by your selections and has a $750 food and beverage minimum before GST. It does not inherit the M, L or XL guest minimum. Delivery, rentals and staffing do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.
What the comparison includes
The included numbers are different dish choices in the buffet, not a separate allowance of choices for each guest. Additional choices and beverages are priced separately. All prices are CAD before GST; delivery and optional services are separate. Check the eligible dishes for the package you choose.
Match the selection to your gathering
For 30 guests, compare L and XL by the variety you want to serve. For 50 or more, all three minimums are met, so compare the included food rather than choosing by the letter alone. Sample menus show possible combinations; they do not replace your own selection.

Is dessert included?
L includes 1 dessert choice and XL includes 2. Dessert for M is optional and priced separately.
Are drinks included in M, L or XL?
Beverages are optional and priced separately.
Can I add more dishes than the package includes?
Additional choices are priced separately. The menu estimate shows the selections and any additional cost.
Can I choose Custom instead of a package?
Yes. Select individual dishes and beverages, subject to the $750 food and beverage minimum before GST. Delivery and other services remain separate.

Your event has its own team. We agree your menu, venue, timing and any extra services in a proposal. After you approve it and we confirm your deposit, your booking secures a dedicated catering team for the agreed date and time.
