Begin with the date or timing
We check availability and discuss when food is needed. You can ask before all the arrangements are settled; we confirm what is possible for this gathering.
Help finding a suitable meal
An approximate guest count is enough for an initial conversation. We can discuss the dishes and review any dietary needs you already know.
Agree the help at the venue
We arrange delivery, buffet setup and equipment collection with you. Discuss servers or tableware if more help is needed; these are priced separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can you help at short notice?
Call or send a request with the date and any details you know. We will check availability and discuss what is possible. Catering is available only once we have confirmed the arrangements.
Can I ask before the venue is decided?
Yes. Start with the city or area and any dates you are considering. We can discuss the food first, then confirm delivery and setup when the venue is known.
How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?
Tell us the dietary restriction and how many guests it affects. We review suitable dishes and any limitations with you. Specific allergy requirements need confirmation from our team before you choose food for those guests.
When is my booking confirmed?
An inquiry or sample estimate does not reserve a date. We confirm a proposal booking after you approve the agreed menu and arrangements and our team confirms receipt of the deposit. Your confirmed booking secures a dedicated catering team for your event at the agreed date and time.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
For a proposal booking, the $500 catering deposit is non-refundable and is credited in full toward your final balance. You can pay the remaining balance earlier; it is due no later than 48 hours before your event starts. Our team confirms receipt of payment.
What if I need to cancel or move the event?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Before full payment, cancellation or postponement is reviewed individually; the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Once a catering order is fully paid, cancellation is not accepted, including early full payment. Moving the event requires agreement on availability, the new date and price. Any refund exception requires explicit approval.
