What to expect on the day
One main dish or a choice of mains?
For a focused meal, M includes 3 starters, 1 main and 1 side, with a 50-guest minimum. L gives the group 2 main choices alongside 4 starters, 2 sides and 1 dessert, from 30 guests. XL has 3 mains, 7 starters, 3 sides and 2 desserts, from 20 guests. Compare package options and current per-person prices.
What to include in a workplace catering brief
We deliver the food ready to serve. No kitchen is required at your venue. Include the meal time, guest count and loading or building-entry instructions. Optional service staff and rentals can be discussed separately.
A Calgary example for 30 colleagues
An L buffet for 30 guests is $1,766.40 at the current $58.88 per-person price. Calgary delivery, buffet setup and teardown add $199 per event. The example subtotal is $1,965.40 before GST and optional additions. For a different guest count or menu, use the current package comparison rather than scaling this example below the package minimum.
A clear selection for the decision-makers
Save the menu link so colleagues can review the same dishes. Custom Menu is also available when you want to choose individual dishes and beverages, with a $750 food and beverage minimum before GST. Keep food, delivery and any optional services separate when comparing proposals.

Share the date, meal time and approximate guests if known, or ask for help choosing the food. We’ll review availability, the menu and setup with you.
Your event has its own team. We agree your menu, venue, timing and any extra services in a proposal. After you approve it and we confirm your deposit, your booking secures a dedicated catering team for the agreed date and time.
