What to expect on the day
Prepared in Calgary for your guests
Food is prepared in a commercial kitchen in Calgary and brought ready for the buffet. Your venue needs table space and delivery access; a kitchen is not required.
A table ready for everyone to share
We arrange the selected dishes with chafing equipment and serving utensils. Your guests serve themselves, and equipment collection is planned after the celebration.

Your questions, answered
What if my venue is outside Calgary?
Send the actual venue address and planned meal time. We review travel, access and setup for that location, then confirm the delivery price and any extra services with you. The city fee shown in the menu estimate does not automatically apply to an address outside Calgary.
How do I choose a buffet for my guest count?
Choose a buffet your group qualifies for: M starts at 50 guests, L at 30 and XL at 20. Custom Menu has a $750 food and beverage minimum before GST; delivery and other services do not count toward it.
How should I tell you about allergies or dietary needs?
Tell us the restriction and how many guests it affects when you inquire. We review suitable dishes and limitations with you. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from gluten cross-contact, and we do not represent our food as celiac-safe or certified gluten-free.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We review your date, guest count, venue and menu with you, then agree the food and service arrangements in a proposal. An inquiry does not reserve a date; a proposal booking is confirmed after approval and confirmed receipt of the deposit.
Do I pay a deposit or the full amount?
A proposal booking uses a $500 non-refundable deposit, credited toward the total; the balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event starts. Online orders require full payment and must be placed at least 48 hours before the event.
Can I change the menu or guest count?
For a proposal booking, request changes no later than 48 hours before the event starts. We review the revised menu and price with you; your current agreement stays in effect until the revised arrangement is agreed. Contact us about changes to an online order.
What if I need to cancel or move the event?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Before full payment, cancellation is reviewed individually and the $500 proposal deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation is not accepted after full payment, even if you pay early; postponement requires a revised arrangement agreed with us.

Tell us about your event
No finished menu needed. Share your name, email and what you would like help with; the date, guests and venue can follow.
Your event has its own team. We agree your menu, venue, timing and any extra services in a proposal. After you approve it and we confirm your deposit, your booking secures a dedicated catering team for the agreed date and time.
