Ready for the team’s meal time
We agree delivery and setup around when people will eat. Tell us the building access window and any restrictions, so the food fits the break or celebration.
Buffet equipment and collection
Chafing dishes and serving utensils come with the setup. We agree equipment collection in advance, including access after the meal, so your team knows what happens next.
Support for a staffed event
For serving, table clearing or a seated meal, discuss additional event servers and tableware. Their work and the rental items are agreed and priced separately.

Frequently asked questions
What if my venue is outside St. Albert?
Send the actual venue address and planned meal time. We review travel, access and setup for that location, then confirm the delivery price and any extra services with you. The city fee shown in the menu estimate does not automatically apply to an address outside St. Albert.
Can I choose a buffet below its guest minimum?
The minimum applies to the guests actually attending. Choose a buffet your group qualifies for, or consider Custom Menu. Its $750 food and beverage minimum before GST excludes delivery, rentals and other services.
What if we want food at more than one time?
Ask us to plan each meal time and its quantities, setup and serving support. Choosing a larger buffet increases dish variety; separate meal services need their own agreed arrangements.
How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?
Tell us the dietary restriction and how many guests it affects. We review suitable dishes and any limitations with you. Specific allergy requirements need confirmation from our team before you choose food for those guests.
When is my booking confirmed?
An inquiry or sample estimate does not reserve a date. We confirm a proposal booking after you approve the agreed menu and arrangements and our team confirms receipt of the deposit. Your confirmed booking secures a dedicated catering team for your event at the agreed date and time.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
For a proposal booking, the $500 catering deposit is non-refundable and is credited in full toward your final balance. You can pay the remaining balance earlier; it is due no later than 48 hours before your event starts. Our team confirms receipt of payment.
Can I change the menu or guest count?
Request changes at least 48 hours before your event starts. We review the food, services and revised price with you; the order changes when the updated proposal is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel or move the event?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Before full payment, cancellation or postponement is reviewed individually; the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Once a catering order is fully paid, cancellation is not accepted, including early full payment. Moving the event requires agreement on availability, the new date and price. Any refund exception requires explicit approval.
