Ready for the time you want to eat
We agree delivery and setup around the family meal. Share your intended time so we can plan the food and access together.
Buffet space, with the cooking already done
Food arrives prepared, so your home or venue does not need a kitchen. We arrange the dishes in the buffet space you provide.
After the gathering
Chafing dishes and serving utensils are part of setup. We agree equipment collection with you; extra staff and ceramic tableware can be arranged separately.

Frequently asked questions
How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?
Tell us the dietary restriction and how many guests it affects. We review suitable dishes and any limitations with you. Specific allergy requirements need confirmation from our team before you choose food for those guests.
Can I ask before the venue is decided?
Yes. Start with the city or area and any dates you are considering. We can discuss the food first, then confirm delivery and setup when the venue is known.
When is my booking confirmed?
An inquiry or sample estimate does not reserve a date. We confirm a proposal booking after you approve the agreed menu and arrangements and our team confirms receipt of the deposit. Your confirmed booking secures a dedicated catering team for your event at the agreed date and time.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
For a proposal booking, the $500 catering deposit is non-refundable and is credited in full toward your final balance. You can pay the remaining balance earlier; it is due no later than 48 hours before your event starts. Our team confirms receipt of payment.
Can I change the menu or guest count?
Request changes at least 48 hours before your event starts. We review the food, services and revised price with you; the order changes when the updated proposal is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel or move the event?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Before full payment, cancellation or postponement is reviewed individually; the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Once a catering order is fully paid, cancellation is not accepted, including early full payment. Moving the event requires agreement on availability, the new date and price. Any refund exception requires explicit approval.
Can you guarantee a gluten-free or celiac-safe meal?
We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from gluten cross-contact, and we do not represent our food as celiac-safe or certified gluten-free.
How are online orders paid, and how far ahead must I place one?
Online orders require full payment and must be placed at least 48 hours before the event.

Ask for help planning the family meal, with an approximate guest count and the date if known. We can discuss suitable dishes before every detail is settled.
Your event has its own team. We agree your menu, venue, timing and any extra services in a proposal. After you approve it and we confirm your deposit, your booking secures a dedicated catering team for the agreed date and time.
